hello, im wanting to crank up my factory torsen bars. i wanted to know if it was safe to max the bolt out. or max them out and back them off by two turns. and after i do that do i need to get the tires realined?

There are many threads on this. Use the Search and/or see the Tech Library.
Maxing the bolts out isn't what's important, just that you don't want to lift it over 1.5"-2". You may find that one bolt is maxed and the other isn't but that doesn't matter as long as the truck is sitting level side to side.
You will need an alignment after.

ya im looking for more of a stiffer front end , and how fast do you think you should get the front end alined? like if you crank them you say today would the tires be ok for a week if you travel 20 miles a day?

Here's a pic

My drivers tire is wearing on the inside more if you can tell. Thanks to a torsion bar bolt that's jammed in and won't move... Im gonna end up have to fully take it aPart.

Just thought of it... Don't me to thread steal, anyone think with suspension on ground it could help me lower drivers side to possibly help take bolt out? Both bolts have eaten bits, they are in harder then bed bolts from the factory no joke.

Here's a pic of passengerside for reference of difference in how much bolts are turn and only 1- 1 1/2 inch diff... Drivers side sits 1 inch higher hope that helps.

Sorry I did t resize, wanted it as ez to view as possible.

No the bolts are stuck. I've ripped 2 bits apart 13mm as that's the size. I bought stronger bits and it ripped the edges off the bolt. Now it's almost round. Seriously?... I can't wait to get my LT kit... I had to spend my 5500 on some bullcrap... Time to save again...

well.. the only thing i can think of is to cut them out and replace them
