honestly, if you want to dress like a slut, you should know that raises the possibility of you getting raped, and that is a risk you must be willing to take, if you plan to dress like that!

the cop that they are rallying against was trying to support women protecting themselves by being proactive in their dressing, and enlightening women to the every day risks, so that they may make a conscious decision when they get dressed in the morning, and should not be chastised or rallied against! we should do an anti b**** rally, to rally against the people who are against those trying to protect them!

mind you, toronto (where that is) has passed into law, or atleast common law, that females are legally allowed to walk around completely topless... it was on the news when i was a kid... don't remember if there was video or not though...

and actually, technically, a female can walk around 100% naked in canada, because of the laws wording, which is "a person cannot expose their genitals" and because a female's genitals are internal, you cannot expose them... all you can see is skin...

don't quote me on that, i haven't seen a reputable source on that last part, and haven't heard anything about the topless thing in YEARS, though that was passed because it was a discrimination thing, where males CAN walk around topless, but females can't

toronto has decent length summers... 4-5 months... and with their smog! it hits you hard

here in calgary, we hit the low 30's every year, sometimes mid to high...
