carbon can(where is this cut tube supposed to go to???)

i know one of the tubes goes to the gas tank (not connected in pic),but where does this (cut) tube go to?

There should be a vacuum diagram on the radiator support but I believe it goes to the throttle body.

I'v been told by several people that indeed it does go to the carbon can. The diagram under the hood was damaged just enough to where it cut out that linkage. Thanks for the info.

Yea basically all it does is keep the fuel vapors from the tank from building up in the engine compartment and pulls them into the combustion chambers to be burnt.
