Can't find the High Pressure connector

I have a 93 Ranger 3.0 2wd and I replaced the o tube, compressor, and accumulator. I snagged the big hose that bolts to the back of the compressor from the junkyard. I went ahead and clipped the connector for the HP switch and took it with me just in case. Problem is, I cant find the connector for the HP switch on MY truck! I pulled it off a 93 or 94 with a 3.0.

Could someone take a photo or let me know where its supposed to stem from? I checked the harness where the Compressor connector comes from. Can't find it.... Grrr
 
^^^^EDIT:

According to RangerSVT, my system HAS to have a High Pressure switch. So either the original connector was snipped off, is in a different spot, OR the switch was back on the compressor.

Wondering if I can wire in my own switch. Grrr...

For the record, it seems the 93 Ranger has a high pressure switch somewhere, but NOT where I can find it. My low pressure switch was working intermittedly/not at all. I swapped from my GMC Jimmy and the compressor fired on. I was able to charge and all is well ;)
 
To clear up your confusion,

The 93 AC does NOT have a high pressure switch AT ALL.

It has a cycling switch on the low side line that closes at 44 psi increasing and opens at 24.5 psi decreasing.

The WOT relay contacts are after the cycling switch and cuts out the compressor when you mash the throttle. Its function has nothing to do with high pressure.
 
AWESOME. It's much more difficult when I'm only stabbing in the dark. I'll definitely remember this.

I can confirm this 1993 Rangers & Explorers were R-12, 1994 were R134a

Only the stock R134a vehicles have that additional switch on the high side.
