Cannot read o2 sensors after ecu swap

So I had to swap the ecu after a short fried it, and I can't read the o2 sensors on my scanner. I was able to before, I had a f87f-12a650-ahc ecu in before now I have an ahb computer in the truck. My gas mileage also sucks, so I'm wondering if there's something keeping it stuck in open loop or if this computer doesn't support o2 sensor readouts. I don't have any codes and the fuse for the o2 sensors is good.

I found that the fuel system is indeed in closed loop so it's definitely gotta be using the o2 sensors right?
