Personally id rather deal with enemy soldiers then a raging wind driven fire
I went up that far with my mom and dad in 72. They were at a lodge north of Penticton, I took my motorbike over to the west coast and stayed around Vancouver
I hope they're getting a handle on the fires there man
Oh it's completely out of control. The westside Kelowna fire somehow hopped the lake to the main city outskirts, major evacuations, the glenmore area, and even the university is evacuated. There's fires all around them
Yeah the north side of the Shuswap lake is nuts. And there's a community who all organized the gear to fight fires on their own were pushed out and not allowed in. And they stood their ground and it's almost as if they wanted their community to burn
