Can you use the Chevy hangers on a 63" Swap??

Getting ready to do a 63" chevy leaf swap...Some one has rigged up all but one of the factory shackle hangers on the ranger...Would it be a big deal if i use the hangers from the chevy truck?? im sure it wouldnt be a direct bolt it, but with new holes and a welder, would it work??

you can use any hanger you want.
