Looks like a plain ol' rattlesnake to me.
 
I agree but the photo isn't that great. Could be a copperhead.

That is the mid-texan noperope.
 
Check for underwear. Could be a trouser snake. They reproduce quickly.

No, trouser snakes are usually a single solid color. Banded colors like that is 100% sign of a noperope species.
