can you get any more accessories on a truck?

So I saw this on my local craigslist and thought "wow, he went and bought EVERY damn accessory possible for this truck" lol. Not sure if this guy is a member on here or not. The truck actually is pretty clean for being an Ohio truck. Price isn't bad considering you could make half that money back in selling the accessories lol. Let me know what you think or if you have seen this truck in the Mansfield area.

its got those plastic trim pieces around the wells so he must not have been able to put fender flares on it. Just made me laugh. Hes got a grill guard, fog lights on the grill guard, side markers with emojis on the tops, sun visor, fog lights on the sun visor, red light bar, grab handles (because its a high climb to get in a ranger lol) fake hood scoop, decals all the way down, bug flector, window visors, and probably as much stuff inside I'm sure. Just thought you all would like this truck for how much stuff was on it. I am shocked there aren't any nerf bars on it.

Could use a cap, 20ft Ham radio antenna(s), a lot more running lights, neon underneath and make sure the mud flaps say "Keep On truckin' " or have the traditional female silhouette in chrome.

You don't see them because they are expensive as hell for a piece of plastic. I know the sides are around $100 and the back is about $115. so $200 for 3 pieces of plastic. I like the way they look but can't fathom spending that when you could buy other accessories that actually do something performance wise.
