What does teh term fullwidths refer too? Fullsize truck axles?

yeah, full width axles.

Yes, in comparison to full size trucks, rangers/jeeps are much narrower. When talking about putting solid axle under other vehicles, there are many terms, 1 ton, 8 lug, half ton, D44, D60, 10.25, 14B, 9", ect... Full width is just the term used to encompass all of the possible axles that are being talked about.
