ok so the Directions from Seafoam say pour a third of a can into the PCV valve or the main vaccume lines on your fuel injected vehicle. can someone explain which line is a main vaccume line on the sohc 4.0? im a fuel injected engine rookie and any help would be appreciated. im used to dumping it into my good old holley 850 carb.

On my OHV I disconnected the line that goes to the brake booster. Worked fine for me.

works for me. thanks guys! my 01 has been sitting for 6 months due to lack of money. gets cranked and run just enough to keep the battery charged. im sure things have turned to varnish so im changing the oil and running seafoam beforehand to make sure shes in tip top shape monday when i get tags on it again

Use the vacuum line under the TB, it will distribute the seafoam more evenly.

just to be clear. dont wanna screw up by TB you mean throttle body correct? and keep in mind its the SOHC and not a OHV 4.0

Yes I meant Throttle Body. Didn't realize it was an SOHC, use whichever port will most evenly distribute the seafoam to all cylinders.
