i want to get 4" of lift in the front and 2'' in the back so im level and able to fit 31's. i have a 93 regular cab 4x4

You will need Drop brackets for that amount of lift up front , Yes You can use Rear lift leaf springs with blocks but anything over 2.5" of block and you will get Axle wrap . Most people say any aftermarket lift block with add Axle wrap , But I cannot say personally !.

Just get lift springs tall enough to eliminate the block.

Anything over 2" in the front requires drop brackets for the beams and radius arms. Also a drop pitman for correct steering geometry, as well as longer shocks, brake lines, and caster/camber eccentrics.

i think i'll just end up doing 2" up front. im going to wait until im not using the truck for work to probably do 6". will a leveling kit and 31" tires on a regular cab do alright on moderate trails?

You can clear the 31's stock.
