Hey Fellow Ranger Heads.....
I am moving from Oregon and am not sure if I can take my Ranger.
I love my little truck and really don't want to sell it.
I'll be in an area that requires the test.
If I can't pass smog when I move to California I will have a useless truck.
I have read various posts and can not really come up with a definitive answer.
Will my 1990 2.3L 5speed pass smog since it is a 49 state vehicle.
Or, if I change the plugs, wires, oil, 02 sensor, maybe put on a new cat converter, do I stand a chance
My rig is in mint like condition and burns no oil and the filler neck to the gas tank appears to be flexible and not cracked.
I can't sell my baby.......Please say it isn't so.........
