Thinking about swapping the 235/75/15 tires and rims on my '98 Mazda B4000 4x4 Extended Cab, for 205/65/15 tires n rims.
Can that be done?

You can... but the gear ratio will likely be off a bit.

You could but why would you want smaller tires? Especially on a 4x4
 
Yes you can
It will make the truck quicker from a stop but ride in a higher rpm on the highway
