can i ditch my resinator?

I wanna make the ole ranger louder, i already ditched the muffler and im wonderin' if i can ditch the resinator after the cat? im deffinatly leaving the cat on but will removing the resinator leave me enough back pressure?

Yes, the resonator is just a large open chamber. Just replace it with a piece of pipe the same size as the rest of the exhaust.

A little. I don't know that the work is worth it because it will sound tingy and buzzy, like a Civic. What engine do you have anyway?

And what resinator after the cat? It should go y-pipe, cat, intermideate pipe, muffler, tail-pipe.

You have a 2-bed cat. One bed, a narrower section, and a second cat bed.

I have the 2.9 and its y-pipe to cat with a short pipe then resinator or second cat then my tail pipe. no muffler

Those are both catalytic converters.
