Can anyone help identify this transmission?

Hey all, new member here. I'm a Mustang guy and someone gave me this transmission for free along with an 8.8 rearend I bought. Didn't know what it was, so I asked on my usual Mustang forum and it was identified as a Toyo Koygo from an '83-'87 Ranger. I did some Google searching and came across the manual transmission guide on this site which was definately helpful.

I'm wondering if someone here can help me further identify this trans, as to whether it came out of a V6 or 4 cylinder truck and 4x4 or 2wd. I'm not sure whether it's a 4 speed or a 5 speed as the shifter doesn't seem to be connected to anything. The overall length not counting the bellhousing is 24".

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me figure out what kind of truck this came out of! I'm going to try and sell it online and I don't want to give anyone any misinformation.

What do these transmissions usually go for? I have no idea what kind of shape it's in so I figured I'd consider it a core and ask like $75.

looks like a 6cyl bellhousing and it is 2wd and according to the tranny guide it is also a 4speed

that bell fits 2.3 4cyl, 2.8-2.9-4.0 v6
