I have a 99 v6 3.0L ranger that has a bad cam, I was looking to go to pick and pull to get a replacement, I was curious as to what yrs are compatible for a direct swap?

I would put a new one in, just my .02- but you can go to car-part.com, put in your year and the part you want, and it will only show the year/s that will work. It will also have some good deals on there...
