Camshaft synchro 4.0

I called ford to order the part for my truck. They say it is a discontinued part. Are there any aftermarket parts that will suffice? I have called 3 dealerships and got the same info from each one. What should i do?

Napa has one that comes with a sensor. Kinda pricey, but it should be good stuff.

I have found them at rock auto and other online stores. Will i need the tool for the dorman unit that rock auto sells. It doesnt show any notes needing it. But the a1 cardone one they sell shows needing the tool.
