Camshaft Position Sensor help on shortblock

:icon_confused:Am putting together a 3.0 from scratch, i have the shortblock ready to go and now i want to install the Camshaft Position Sensor, #1 cylinder is at TDC but i read somewhere that it needs to 10 degrees ATDC to install. anybody done a 3.0 build before that can help. am not to sure how to do it?
 
Has anybody done this before? Little help for a ranger buddy plz
 
the one i got is from ford with a tool, is this all i need to install it in my short block? i thought i read it needed to be install at 10 degrees after top dead center? anybody know better. thx
