camper bed sized and mpg

Hi all,

are there different bed sizes for a 2005 ranger? I'd say mine is a standard size. Thinking about buying one of these used:

will this type of bed have a major effect on gas mileage?

I have a 2.5l I4 with bigger tires and a campershell, I get on average 20mpg, the highway rating is 25 I do half and half.

if you have a supercab, it'll be a 6 foot bed.
if regular cab, it's most likely also a 6 foot bed
UNLESS it's a fleet truck, then it's most likely a 7 foot bed.
If it's a 4x4, I guarantee you have a 6 foot bed.

I have one like the #122 on my 2000.

It improved the highway fuel mileage from 17-18 to 19-20-ish, sometimes better.
