is adjusting the camber on 80s through 97 rangers just a matter of loosening or tightening the camber adjust screw on th knuckles? i just put coil spacers on to level my truck but now the camber is super positive and i can hardly drive it down to the allignment shop.

no, there is a "hex" on the camber bushing at the top, its decent size...say 1 1/8" ???

anyways, you rotate that with the bolt loosened:icon_thumby:

also, as soon as you put the truck down, you need to drive up and down the driveway to let the suspension settle some (allways looks worse as soon as it comes off jacks ) it may not be as bad as you think

i just looked, and noticed that the drivers side camber sleeve (the camber bushing) is much thinner on top than the passengers side. i cant tell if this is stock or if someone screwed something up on it. the hex on the drivers side is so thin it looks like you could barely get a wrench on it.

yeah, they are like that...can be hard to get a wrench on it...but it can be done

plus spray the crap out of it with PB Blaster...or snake oil of your choice:icon_thumby:

sweet it worked, but even with adjusting the bushing all the way my tires still have quite a bit of positive camber, does anyone know if they make sleeves to adjust the camber even more than the stock ones?

There and many different shims. You are also adjusting more than just camber, you are also adjusting castor. You should really take it to an alignment shop, get the proper bushings needed installed and properly aligned.
