cam question

I have a 1986 ford ranger 2.3 fuel injected truck that I want to put a cam in but alot of people tell me it wont work with the computer
this is the one i want to get

Your computer will have no problem, whatsoever, understanding the A234 cam. It's a good cam, too bad it's not a roller one though, if it were, it'd be a LOT more money.
