First, does anyone know what the stock cam specs are for a 3.0 cam???
just kinda wonderin...
Also, has any one put 1.7 Roller Rockers on a stock 3.0???
Did they help???? and are any modifications needed for them to fit???
(off a 5.0 of course)
THanks

what do you have to do to make roller rockers mount to my 3.0??
I am going to order a set for a 5.0..any thing i need to order specifically???? anything to watch out for??
Thanks
Beef

The only difference on the rockers is the bolts. 3.0 bolts are M8X125.The 1.7 Rockers rev up a lot faster but the governor on the computer won't let go faster than 105 MPH. And as somebody said... At any speed over 92 MPH the 3.0 Ranger's Drivsaft distorte quite amazing. So if You have the "GO FAST" need as I do... call your local driveshaft builder BEFORE trying to go very fast Jack.

Does it beat against the bottom of the truck? THAT would be scary! :shok:

Nope... it desintegrates and causes some heavy damage if you are not runing it through a driveshaft safety loop, wich I have as a safety precaution (not that I'm preocupied).
