Does anybody have good data or at least a pretty good idea of how much additonal torque/horsepower the Comp 410 cam will make over stock?

Wish i knew. Im thinking about putting this in my 99 4.0 4x4 to get some extra tourqe for pulling my boat and things.

I know there are a few of these cams out there but as I would expect nobody really cares enough to pay extra to know what the numbers turn out to be (I wouldn't). I will say that an extra 20-30hp isn't worth the $100 or so that a dyno session would cost. I've really been debating a set of headman headers because engines with aftermarket cams really wake up with the addtion of some good headers. I'm only hesitant because I've already spent more than I would have on a decent 302 but worth the learning process.
