My 92 ranger passed the smog test with flying colors, but it did not do so well with the evp test. The shop said I had a leak in my fuel system, when I checked it I didnt have a vacum hose from my sending unit to the front of my truck. I fixed it today but I just wanted to know if there is anything else I should check for? and if anyone else has ran into this problem?

the missing line between your tank and charcoal canister was probably the problem. that would create one big leak. id have it retested now and see what happens.

Yes that was what it was, I replaced the line so hopefuly it will pass is there anything else it could be? I also replaced the o-rings on the sending unit and fuel pump.

there are a few things it could be: gas cap, filler neck, the tank itself, or a leak at any of the seams and joints for the filler neck or sending unit.
