C3 to Overdrive

Hello and thanks for any help in advance. I have a 1984 Ranger 2.8l with a C3 tranny. I would like to put a overdrive tanny in it. Can anyone tell me what od tannys will bolt up and what other modifications I may need ( dip stick, drive shaft, mounting...)?
