I just bought a 10lb. C02 power tank from INSTANT AIR SUPPLY, where can I get it filled while I wait? I'm in Gardnerville, Nv.

I had to google what it is. Other than above ^^^ one suggestion mentioned is a paintball store.

Paint ball stores do only small tanks.
So far I've found only EXCHANGE services
, my tank is a brand new 10 pounder, I'm not about to exchange it for a old beat up abused tank, I take pride in the equipment I have in my off road truck.
I'll just have to keep looking.

Try a 4WD shop (ideally one that does building and fabricating on rigs).
If they can't do it, I would think they can at least direct you to somewhere that can.
