hey guys i have a 97 single cab daily driver lowered on i beams and flip kit 3/4 i want to go to 5/6 cut coils and flip hangers, i do not have a c notch but want to get one there is one on ebay from crown suspension however it shows a 1.5" extra travel is that enough?? if anyone has used a c notch id like to hear opinions and anyone who is lower than 3/4 at what point do you need radius arm relocators? or a trans crossmember any inputs would help thanks in advance.

1.5 inches is probably enough as long as you cut down your bump stops, or use pancake style bump stops. I'm mo help on the Ibeam suspension stuff unfortunately.

I had mine with a 7/9 drop with stock location arm brackets, tho they drug everywhere, with about a 4" notch out back..

i already have the 1/2" tall bump stops and with flipping the hangers do you know if the axle moves back? im assuming it will so i plan on doing that with the bed off then draw out and cut the notch and Rangersvt how did you get 7" on front??? and what do you mean a 4" notch?

Notched the bottom of the frame 4", i reinforced the frame. 3" beams, 2" drop coils that settled 2 additional inches...

im wanting to cut my coils, actually buy a set from the junk yard and cut those any ideas how to get 2"? cut a coil? or less?

Thats a long process, but cutting a 1/2 or even a 1/4 coil at a time (and not with a torch or plasma cutter) is best as to not cut too much...
