i have a 93 ranger with a man shift bw 1354, i just picked up a t-case at a swap meet from a guy that is identical to my man shift bw 1354 but it has a splined front output shaft, what it this t-case from and how can i make it work in my 93?

Its a 1350. You would need the front driveshaft and shifter to make it work .

it has 1354 stamped on it and side by side its identical to the 1354 except the front output shaft is splined and doesnt have threads for a yolk nut, the guy said he thought it was out of a 03 ranger man shift and the schematics in the library look like that is the case?

Interesting. If its out of an 03, it should have a CV "cup" on the front output, and is a quite rare transfer case.

It won't be feasable to use in your truck due to the cv style driveshaft not working with the ttb suspension. I doubt the cv has enough flex, and the shafts were never made long enough.

the front output yolk is missing on the t-case so i cant tell what kind of d-shaft it had but the shaft is splined and looks like a c clip held the yolk on because there are no threads, looks like i might have to tear the cases apart and swap over the front output shafts to make it work.
