BW 1354 overhaul manual

I was wondering if anyone knew of a source for an overhaul manual for an electric BW 1354 t case. I've searched the forum here, YouTube, and Googled it to death with no results. I can find the exploded views but I really would like something with the procedures in it as I've heard there are parts that are not supposed to come apart.

I have a 1995 Ranger with 250+ thousand miles on it. The t case is leaking badly so I at least need to replace the gaskets and seals. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd try to find a Ford shop manual. If that doesn't tel you how to do something it isn't supposed to be done.

Thanks, I was able to find a downloadable file and it has the rebuild instructions that I need.

Where did you find a downloadable file? I would be interested in that as well. I am always skeptical about buying one too. You never know what you are going to get until after you pay for it.

I purchased a complete service manual from ebay for the wife's Jeep Liberty. 1245 amazing pages of in-depth info and pictures. I think it was $20 and well worth every penny. Just check the sellers feedback first.
