Burnett' s Sand Center has been building sand rails and dune buggies for many years and recently has jumped into building desert trucks.

This is one of their recent projects: I beam ranger, being converted to equal length D44 beams and cross-over steering.

this is gonna be one sweet build look at the welds nice work done hear

are you helping them out with it.

Me? No. The steering swingers, and beam brackets come fully welded from us. They are doing all of the work on the beam/radius arm assembly and welding. Its pretty simple to do as long as you have some fab skills. I have a new WIY beam kit coming out in a couple of weeks that is even easier. It is based off my my current CNC bent Boxed beam set up. Its basicaly a redesign of the test beams we did a few years ago that had a square bottom.
