Bumper thread...

I saw a thread or something a few weeks ago about how to bring your bumper closer to the body...

I can't find it for the life of me and was wondering if you guys knew where it was or even what i'm talking about...

I hope you find it; I want to do the same thing. The bumper on my '94 sticks out too far in my opinion and reminds me of a pouting catfish lip.
