bumper swap question

hey its it possible to swap the 99 ranger front bumper to the 01 or newer ranger edge? the one with the round fog lights
or can i install some square fog loghts on the 99 4x4 bumper skirt?
its to difficult and xpensive to me to get the OEM fog lights

I do believe it is possible to fit a 99 bumper on an 01, but i'm not totally sure.
