Bumper Idea What yall Think?

I am thinking of finding a gen 1 lightning tubular bumper and cutting it down and modifying it to fit on my 87 ranger. Has anyone ever done this before or do yall think it would work and look good? Give me yalls input on this project.

Check out the fab section and use the search function. A lot of us just either build a bumper or buy one and add our own brackets. A lot of Jeep bumpers will work on our Rangers with just a bracket modification. If you can weld you can do anything...lol

What does the tube bumper you are thinking about getting look like? Got a photo of it to post? Some F series tube bumpers are a bit wide or just too bulky and some just don't look real good when shortened. Some do look good after the mods.
