Bumper Fit help

I'm looking to get black front and rear bumpers but first I am wondering what fits my 98? Does an explorer rear bumper fit? What years Ranger or Explorer fit on my year with no mods? Any other suggestions on what fits would help out

I'm pretty sure every bumper on a 98 + Ranger will bolt right up. I'm not sure about the Explorer bumpers though.

Ya I think it's 98-07 the bumpers are the same from what I have found. But I can't find one locally on CL. And the PickNPull has only a 99 that has no bumpers

Anybody have an idea what year Explorer bumpers fit on a 98 ranger xlt?

Explorer's have different frames than Rangers, so I would imagine that the mounting points for the horns will be different as well. also Explorers do not have the license plate indent, they only have a small area for a ball hitch to be mounted, it is not big enough for the license plate. so if you do make some horns to adapt it to the Ranger frame, you will have to relocate your plate and wiring for the plate light as well.

Ahh was under the impression the rear bumpers from certain year explorers bolted right on to the ranger.

Does anyone know if the 04 ford ranger foglight bumper just bolt onto a 95 ranger or do i have to modify it?

won't bolt up mounting points are different,
would need to cut, weld, etc
