Bump stops???

They are normally bit of rubber that are attached to your frame to stop your suspension from completely bottoming out. They help to not bottom out your shocks and blow them up, essentially.

So getting these should help me in the trials???

Only if you are banging the frame and suspension at full compression.

Usually with Fords TTB its hard to reach the stock bumpstops...and even harder when the vehicle is lifted due to the springs being so stiff. Unless your jumping it or planning on jumping it....
You prolly dont need em but some look cool and of you have a a lump sum of money accumulating in your pocket spend away.............
