Ive always wanted to figure out a way to add a couple of seats to the B2 for those occasions when you want to fit more then 4 people.

originally i thought about putting 2 of the Ext cab ranger jump seats in the cargo area of the b2 behind the rear seats

but today at the junk yard i had a awesome idea!!!

Using the rear folding bench seats out of a early 90s extended cab f150

i haven't measured it out exactly but i believe it would work
whats nice about these seats is when they fold down there is a nice metal backing on the top
i believe if you removed your old seats and took two of the f150 folding benches and mounted them against the side windows when you folded them down you would be left with a Flat steel cargo platform
plus both of the seats seat 3 ppl a piece so you could turn the truck into a 8 passenger vehicle, granted the back would be a little tight just like those prom limos

i want to do this maybe someone can get some exact measurements and see if it will work

Headroom would be the biggest problem I forsee in your idea, not to mention overall space. The Bronco 2 isn't very big to begin with so unless you are hauling around small kids it wouldn't be practical at all for any sort of long distances trying to haul around adults or even teenagers for that matter.

Check out the 1982 Subaru Brat.

My dad had a set of very similar seats mounted in the bed of a Ranger when I was little. Even had seatbelts. All held on with the 2 front bed bolts...

Also, the floor pan of the BII is NOT flat, so I am not sure how you are gonna get your flat cargo platform out of this. The floor pan has three levels to it, the low spot where your feet go, the area the rear seats mount to, and the cargo area. All of those are at different levels.
