Bronco 2 Chop, stretch and Bob project

I am starting my 3rd Bronco2 rock crawler project. I never finished the other two, so I’m really hoping to get this one on the trails some day. My plan is to graft a ranger bed to the B2 just behind the the doors to stretch the wheelbase to about 110”, then bob the back of the bed.

I've been sourcing parts for the last few years. Some of the stuff I have so far is a 05 SD60 for the front, 351w, Built C6, NP205 with NWF Black Box doubler.
