When I drive both the brake and rear anti lock light is on. I’m also hearing a lot of rattling coming from the front, but everything on the front involving brakes is new.

Investigate front....make sure it is secure and the wheels are not going to come off........pin type caliper retainers can walk out

Fix for the antilock brake light is a piece of black electrical tape over it, or remove the bulb.
For the brake light, its usually a sensor thinking the brake fluid reservoir is low or empty, or the switch for the parking brake pedal is stuck so it thinks the parking brake is on all the time.
The brake caliper pins on my 84 Bronco 2 likes to try to remove themselves for some reason. Les Schwab decided that properly installing the castle nut on the passenger side of my Bronco 2 was too time consuming they never installed the cotter pin in it either, so it slowly backed itself off to the point where I almost lost the whole assembly on that side...this was after they charged me $1800 to do the front end and front brakes, only to find they never replaced anything in the front end and did a 1/2 ass attempt at the brakes.
I'd pull the wheels and check everything and make sure all the fasteners are where they belong, bearings are good, castle nut is in place and properly tightened down with the cotter pin installed, etc. If you have the front stabilizer bar also make sure the bushings in it aren't worn out. Check the bushings on the front control arms too and make sure the nuts on them that are attached to the frame of the truck are tight. So many things could be causing the rattling issues, if your truck has the plastic center caps check to make sure the screws holding them on are tight, and the screws and clips aren't stripped out causing them to rattle while driving.
