My credo
it is what it is
has anyone ever taken the brakebooster, proportioning valve, etc. from an excursion and put it in a ranger? can it be done

I doubt the ranger engine could create enough vacuum to run it. maybe time for a hydro booster and 4 piston calipers

do you know who carries a good hydro booster?

I just bought the autozone 1...... you will need to make measurements to find one that will fit.... I got one from a mid 70's mercury wagon.

does this have to do with your axle swap?

if you are trying to run 1 ton axles then you want to run F350 superduty brakes and hydrobooster........ I'll see if I can find the parts list I used for my big bronco and the website I got it from .......... prolly be sunday before I get around to it.

d50 front and 10.25/or 10.5 rear will prolly be running 35-36 when i first drop them in then move up to 38.5-40s
