Brake question Mazda b4000 4x4

Redoing a 1994 mazda b4000 4x4, w/8" suspension lift, changed out the rear w/ 1998 ford explorer 8.8, is it possible to convert front calipers and rotors to match the ones used on 8.8 rear, if not what suggestions?
