i went out to my truck this morning and turned it on and the emergency brake light and the abs light on the dash stayed on, when it normally turns off after a few seconds. I pushed the brakes and it went almost all the way to the floor boards. So i check the fluid, and it was empty so i put some itand the brake pedal still goes to the floor and the lights are still on.

i don't have a leak anywhere is there anything else i can check

You have a closed system, with no fluid left in it.

Either you do in fact have a leak, or space aliens are stealing your brake fluid to power their hyper-drive. Occam's Razor suggests that you pick the option that involves the fewest other assumptions.

I suggest that you do have a leak, and that is is probably a wheel cylinder. Jack up the rear end and pull the wheels and drums, see which one (if not both) is soaked with fluid.
