Brake Pedal noise

On my 88 bII when i let go of the breaks it makes a noise. My buddy's 86 does the same things. Is this anything of a concern.:beer:
 
Not usually...if the noise is a squeak, you can spray the clutch/brake assembly with something like WD40 or similar...if it's a "whooshing" sound, it's just the brake booster seal that usually doesn't quite seal and releases air from the booster backwards...this is fine as long as the booster is otherwise doing what it's supposed to do...and that is to make braking easier somewhat...

If your brake pedal seems unusually stiff and it's hard to engage your brakes then the booster may be wonky...
