i have recently replaced my master cylinder (by professional).started to leak brake fluid from some mysterious place ,once inspected i found a loose compression nut on the cylinder tightened nut and proceeded to bleed brakes because had a hard pedal like air was trapped.when went to bleed brakes no flow of fluid at all.i then diconnected rear brake lines ...no fluid.then diconnected brake lines from rear distrubution block...no fluid.then i disconnected lines from master cylinder and guess what ...no fluid .can anyone tell me why and how to fix this?

Quite a while ago before I really knew what I was doing I filled a leaky clutch master cylinder prior to bleeding the lines. No matter what I did I couldn't get the pedal up where it should be. It ends up that the expandable rubber gasket had sucked to the master so hard that I thought it was part of the master. My boss came by and pointed out the problem and it was simple from then on. I'm not saying that is the problem, just that it may be something simple if you know what to look for.....I don't, sorry.
Good luck,

Richard
