Hello All,
Many who replaced their steel brake lines know this is not an easy item to find at your local auto. Some people can reuse the old ones, some people prefer or need to buy new. Help could be coming for the next guy.
Spoke to a brake fitting manufacturer yesterday, actually the CEO/President and then the engineer about the availability of this fitting. 3/16 tube M12-1.0 Inverted Flare. It was concluded that this item is not readily available after a lookup from several catalogs.
Calculations are now in progress to potentially manufacturing this.
64 Dollar Question to us RBV owners and other Ford Truck Owners.
what model year will this fitting be applicable ?
What line models will this applicable ?
Please post what year and model you thought or believed you needed this item and I will try to relay to the manufacturer next time we speak.
Thanks
