brake and back up lights dont work

brake and back up lights don't work. the truck has been sitting 3 months

Does the Cab Brake light work?
If not then check Fuse 13(20amp) in cab fuse box(brake light fuse)

Do the Parking lights work in the rear?
If not then Ground for tail lights is missing

Park, brake and back up bulbs in the rear, left and right all share one ground
It should be on the frame rail drivers side rear

Look for trailer light wiring, could be bad splices have damaged wiring

Back up light switch is on the transmission
Do you have a manual or automatic?

Backup light fuse is fuse 27 in cab fuse box 15amp

Brake lights and Back up lights don't share any common wiring except for the Ground
