Bolt Pattern Change?

Is there a way I can put F150 rims on my ranger without changing the axle out or spending a lot of money?

F-150's have a 5x5.5 bolt pattern don't they? If not just get the adaptor that will work

Could I tear an axle rim mount off an f150 junker and make it into an adapter?
(the piece the rim mounts onto on the f150).
