the PA body lift kits do not come with new brake lines and gas filler necks correct?

you dont need new brake lines with a body lift, some kits come with all the stuff you'd need (shifter extended, bumper brackets, etc) but you have to look around for them, try jc whitney, they had a pretty complete kit last i looked

ok. good to know about the brake lines. but do you not need to extend the fuel filler neck too

my filler neck was still connected when i put on my body lift so it just stretched up, but on my 94 i had the pan off then when i put it back on with the body lift, i couldnt pull the filler neck up far enough to bolt on

no you dont have to extend the neck. and 4wheelparts.com has the performance accessories one, that comes with everything.... except the manual shifter extension. but if you buy a longer shift knob from autozone or something, it will save you about $30. i would check trsfabandoffroad.com, never hurts to support the website!

is your truck a manual? im looking at putting a 3" bl on my truck and curious what you did about the shifter extension.

you dont need a extension for your manual trans, i didnt use one on my 88 5spd, or my 86 5spd with manual tcase too

I don't know what year truck you have but a 3" PA bodylift for a 98+ comes with gas filler neck and vent extended tubes then steering ext. ect... Everything you need for a auto

doing the bed should be easy enough. doing the body will probably be more challenging. the 2 bushings up front tend to get rusted in pretty good and can be a bear to get out. if they are really bad, most find it easier to just drill them out and replace them with grade 8 bolts of the correct length. just so you know.

yea the 2 bolts on my rad support i had to use acetylene with

ive had the bed of my truck off enough so that wont be a problem, and ive got an oxy/acetylene torch if needed.
