body lift

i was reading the one guys post about the body lift and shift extension and i wanted to know if all manual trannys need a shift extension and if not do you need one for an fm146

the 2" bl done on my '83 required no extensions at all.

Not even the gearbox shifter or rad shroud?

ok i think i am going to get one just incase but has anyone done a three inch body lift that has a fm146 tranny in a gen 1 that can conferm if i do or dont need one
