Body lift interchangeability????

Well found someone local selling a PA body lift but it says its for a 94 - 97 also he said he bought it for a regular cab, but he said they will work on a Extended cab, is this true? and also I have a 2004. What are the differences between a 3" BL for a 94-97 and one for a 2004, The trucks are basicly the same from 93 on so im just trying to figure out if this BL can be used on my truck

Honestly, if i were you, i would just buy the real deal. that way you know it has what you need for a less painful install on your truck. im sure there is probably no difference, but why wait till you are in the middle to find out it doesn't have what you need?

They should be the same lift essentially...

The difference between your 04 lift and the 93-97 lift is all of the extra stuff you need for the 04, such as the radiator drop bracket and other ground straps that need lengthened. Also the bumper mounts are probably different.

I would just order a 04 lift and not be wishing you had.

From what I remember on the PA instructions I got, regular cab and extended cab were the same kit. The body lifts themselves are the same between the years, but the mounting bracketry is different for the bumbers...So technically yes, it will work for your truck, but you would not be able to use the bumper lifts.
